Ultimate Footprint Calculator: Reduce Your Environmental Impact

The Ultimate Footprint Calculator is a tool that helps individuals and businesses understand and reduce their environmental impact. It does this by calculating the emissions associated with various activities, such as driving, flying, and owning real estate, and converting those emissions into NFTCar NFTs.

NFTCar NFTs are the world's first NFTs backed by high-pollutions cars. High-pollution cars have been bought, scrapped, and NFT created.

To use the calculator, users simply input information about their activities, such as how many kilometers they drive, how many air kilometers they fly, or how many square meters of real estate they own. The calculator then uses this information to estimate the emissions associated with those activities. Once the emissions have been calculated, the calculator converts them into NFTs using a conversion rate of 1 NFT per 1.25 tons CO2. This allows users to quickly understand the environmental impact of their actions in a way that is easy to visualize and comprehend.

How does the calculation work?

Calculating flight emissions takes into account an average of 90 grams of CO2 the passenger emits. If you wanna learn more check out here.

To calculate driving footprint, it takes into account distance driven and car fuel consumption l/100km. If you wanna learn more how it work, check out here.

To calculate building carbon emissions, we use average 40cm thickness floor carbon emission, which is 1 ton/CO2 per m2. This calculation will more likely balance out all the other building elements' emissions (sealing, walls, etc.) and would be easy to understand.

How do we calculate the footprint of every high-pollution car?

The carbon footprint removed has been calculated in the way that we consider car CO2 produced next ten years if this car will be on roads. We can calculate that based on the car's age, mileage, and average fuel consumption. With our calculation, we use the average CO2 emitted by burning one liter of fuel - 2.3 kg/CO2. This way, we can find your car's future emissions, and we decided that with 1 NFT = 1.25 tons/CO2 to find out how many NFTs we are creating per car.
